Cold Pasta Salad Recipe #1
Ingredients
Farfalle pasta - 12 ounce package (1)
Lemon yogurt - 6 ounce containers (2)
Fresh mint – chopped (3 tablespoons)
Green onions - chopped (1 bunch)
Mayonnaise (1/3 cup)
Red grapes - (3 cups)
Salt (1 1/2 teaspoons)
Ground black pepper (1 teaspoon)

Preparation:
Boil a large pot full of salty water. Then, add some pasta to the pot. Cook this for 8 minutes. Then, drain the same and place it in a large bowl. Now, you can add the mint, green onions, grapes, lemon yogurt and mayonnaise to this. Add some salt and pepper to taste. Now, stir the pasta in this evenly. Once its cooked, let it cool down. Then place this in the refrigerator so that it chills. This cold pasta salad recipe is especially useful during the hot summer months!

Cold Pasta Salad Recipe #2
Ingredients
Garlic cloves - minced (3)
Vegetable broth (1/2 c)
Dry fettuccine pasta (8 oz)
Sliced fresh cilantro (1/2 c)
Red pepper flakes - crushed (2 teaspoons)
Red bell pepper - sliced (1)
Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
Green onions - sliced (2)
Natural peanut butter (2 tablespoons)

Preparation:
Take a large pot and cook some pasta in boiling hot water. Once done, drain the same and place it aside. Then, take a large bowl and mix some broth, peanut butter, garlic, soy sauce and crushed red pepper in this and mix this preparation well. Then, add some pasta along with some cilantro, sliced red pepper and scallions to this. Toss this well so that it mixes properly. Chill this salad preparation to completely enjoy the cold pasta salad recipe.

Cold Pasta Salad Recipe #3
Ingredients
Pasta twists (1 lb)
Virgin olive oil (1/2 c)
Shrimp or chicken (8 oz)
Lemon juice-fresh (1/4 c)
Mushrooms – marinated (1/2 c)
Anchovies fillets – chopped (2)
Peas - frozen (1/2 c)
Carrots – shredded (1/2 c)
Garlic - finely chopped (2 tablespoons)
Cheese – diced (1/2 c)
Parsley – chopped (3 tablespoons)
Pepper - freshly ground
Salt

Preparation:
Cook the pasta in a large pot full of boiling water. Then place it in a large serving bowl. You can now add some chopped shrimp or chicken to this. Next, cook the peas and drain the same. Rinse it in cold water and add this to the pasta. Also add some mushrooms along with some cheese and other veggies. Then, take a separate bowl and add some lemon juice, chopped anchovies, parsley and olive oil to this and then, add this mixture to the pasta. Toss all this well together. Place the preparation in the refrigerator for around 2 hours. While serving, add some salt and pepper to taste. Place this over some lettuce and lemon wedges while serving.
