Using a sponge (or a toothbrush) apply the vinegar mixture in the stained area and blot up the stain. Repeat blotting until you can notice visible stains. Rinse cloth with cold water.

Removing Coffee Stains from Carpet
Removing coffee stains from carpet can be practiced in the same manner as you have done for clothes. Blot the spill coffee from the carpet by using a white cloth or paper towel. Mix together equal parts of white vinegar and lukewarm water. Gently sponge the stained area with the vinegar mixture and blot gain with the white paper towel. You can repeat the sponging and blotting steps until the coffee stains are removed completely from the carpet. Follow basic carpet cleaning tips to wash the treated portion of the carpet.

Removing Coffee Stains from Plastic
Coffee stains removal from plastic can be done by using a regular bleaching agent. You can wash off the coffee stains from the plastic surface with the help of a dish soap. If you spot coffee stains on furniture (which is quite possible), do not rub the surface at any cost. Doing so will spread and worsen the stains. Rather, you can blot the spilled coffee first with a paper towel. For black coffee stains, apply a mild liquid detergent and rub gently with a sponge. Rinse the are with cold water and blot it dry. if the coffee stain is still visible, you can use vinegar and lukewarm water mixture to remove the coffee stains from the furniture.
