Homemade Recipes

Recipe #1
Take 5 tbsp of French green clay, 1 cup of distilled water and 6-7 dried bay leaves. Boil the distilled water and add the leaves to this. Let them boil for a few minutes. Now take clay in a bowl and add the boiled liquid to this. Add till you form a thick paste of clay. Now take a brush and apply this on your face neatly. Apply in upward directions. Now leave it for drying. Wash off with lukewarm water.

Recipe #2
To make this mask, you'll need, 5 tsp white kaolin clay, ¾ tsp of green clay, ½ tsp of glycerin, 3 drops of rose geranium oil and water, as required. Take a bowl and mix both types of clay in this. Now add glycerin and water to form a thick paste. Stir well to form a smooth the mask and add rose geranium oil to this paste. Once the paste is ready, apply it to your face in upwards and outer direction and leave it for drying. After 20 minutes, slightly wet your face and rub it in circular motion to remove the mask. Wash off your face with cold water. This is one of the best deep-cleansing clay masks.

Recipe #3
For making this recipe, take green clay, honey, water and jojoba oil. Take 5 tbsp of clay, add 2½ tbsp of liquid. Well, liquid means water, oil or milk. Choose the liquid base according to your skin type. For oily skin, add water, for dry skin add jojoba oil and for combination skin you can add milk. Mix this well and add 2 tsp of honey. Mix well and apply using a brush. Leave it for drying and then wash off with lukewarm water. You can also add other nourishing oils, while you make the mask.

Recipe #4
To make this mask, take 5 tbsp of green clay, 1 tsp apricot kernel oil and 2 drops of palma rosa. Mix these well and add water while stirring. Add enough water to make a smooth paste. Apply this mask with a brush on your face and wait for 20 minutes to let the face mask dry. Now wash off the mask using warm water. Have a well toned, tight and radiant skin.

Using one of these recipes twice a week is the best way to get maximum benefits and make your skin clean and radiant. Make sure you take steam before applying the mask. After washing it off, apply a toner, followed by a moisturizer suitable for your skin type. Get ready to have a glowing and radiant face.
