Circuit Weight Training: A Way to Train without Gym Anxiety
Perhaps gym anxiety has kept you from discovering the body that you can have through circuit weight training. You are not alone! And then once you complete an upper body or a lower body weight exercise, you can quickly transfer to the elliptical machine for a minute of high intensity aerobic exercise. Completing a few rounds of this type of exercise will challenge your respiratory system, increase your muscle tone and your overall endurance.
