To cure chronic constipation, you have to drink it at least thrice a day. You can also mix equal quantities of apple cider vinegar and honey and drink it once a day for best results.
Rhubarb: Cook rhubarb and make a puree out of it. Mix it with apple juice and add some honey to sweeten the mixture. This mixture can act as excellent natural laxative.
Lemon: Take a half cut lime and squeeze its juice into a glass of warm water and add half a teaspoon of table salt into it. Stir the mixture well and drink it in the morning.
