  • 2 cups white mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups oyster mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups shiitake mushrooms, sliced

  • 4 green onions
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Method
In a large skillet, add butter and cook the mushrooms until they turn slight brown in color, for about 10 minutes. Ingredients
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 pounds potatoes, unpeeled
  • 3 cups milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoons fresh nutmeg, grated
Method
For this recipe, take a ceramic baking dish and rub a cut garlic piece onto the inner surface. Take butter and do the same. Keep the dish in a preheated oven at 425 degree F. Meanwhile, take a large skillet, add milk, remaining garlic, potato slices and bring the mixture to boil. Next, add nutmeg powder, salt and pepper and let the mixture simmer for sometime. Ingredients
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ cup almonds, toasted
  • Vegetable oil
  • 12 pounds turkey
  • Cornbread stuffing cans
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
Method
A traditional Christmas recipe, the method goes like this; in a sauce pan, heat butter until it melts. To it, add celery, onions and cook until the onions turn brownish. Pour in the chicken broth next, along with the tomatoes and the poultry seasoning. Bring the mixture to boil to make a thicker consistency after which take it off the flame. Next, you need to prepare the turkey. Take the entire turkey and remove the neck and giblets from the cavity. Ingredients
  • Unbaked tart shells (according to the number of people)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
Method
In a large bowl, add eggs, maple syrup, sugar, margarine, vanilla, lemon juice and blend the mixture well. Take the tart shells and sprinkle walnut powder in each of them. Later, pour the mixture into each shell and spread evenly. Bake the tarts in the oven for 30 minutes until they appear crispy and golden in color. Keep them in refrigerator before serving.
