Choose Right Option to be Happy!!!
A light view on what choices are...
There always two options available to you firstly when you make the choice and when you don’t go for the first option the left scenario is when your choice makes yourself. What you had been doesn’t matter, what you will be also should not bother you a lot. But what you are?? Is the question which every one should answer everyday. This exercise is called metacognition. As per the dictionary it means giving thought to your thinking.
Many a times this happen that you feel that every thing which surrounds is trying to trap you in some sort of troubles may it be mentally or physically. But this is what you see and also this can be sometimes true but this is human tendency that they are unable to see anything good in bad. What I mean to say is that try to analyze things when they are going bad with you and I say when you do this and come to know the reasons there is the place when the so called metacognition comes into play and you can divert your thinking from the way they are going to.
Its not like you draw your thoughts but your thoughts draw yourself .the first thing should be focused and tried to be implemented in course of life. The reason behind this is that desires are the outcome of your thoughts and if you can get hold of your thoughts or when your thoughts are of right kind you will desire for genuine things and as result of that your desires will be fulfilled and giving you happiness and peace.
Moral of the story is you have got two choice either control your thoughts or be ready to face the consequences which arise just because of negligence of being drawn by your thoughts.
