Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

2 cups flour
¾ cup mayonnaise
½ cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 ½ tsp baking soda

Preparation
  • First preheat the oven at 350°F.
  • Sieve together cocoa, flour salt and soda.
  • Mix together mayonnaise, sugar, vanilla and water in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the sifted dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and stir it well until blended well.

Brown sugar frosting

½ cup packed brown sugar

1 ¾ cup sifted confectioner's sugar
2 tbsp milk
