Mocha Chocolate Fountain
Required Ingredients
- Sweet baking chocolate, 2 cups
- Semisweet chocolate, 1 cup
- Instant coffee powder, 2 teaspoons
- Light cream, ½ cup
- Powdered sugar, ½ cup
- Coffee liquor, 2 tablespoons
Take a heavy bottomed saucepan and melt the chocolates over low heat. Once the chocolates melt, add the instant coffee powder, cream and sugar, stirring it to combine the ingredients thoroughly.
