Ingredients
- Unsweetened chocolate, 3 oz.
- Cream cheese, 1 package
- Milk, 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
- Salt, a pinch
- Confectioners' sugar, 2 cups
- First you need to melt the unsweetened chocolate in a double boiler.
- Take the ingredients mentioned above and add it to the chocolate.
- Make sure there are no lumps and mix it very well.
- If you think it has become very thick, you could add a little milk.
- If you think it's not thick enough, add a little sugar.
- Refrigerate and use this frosting over a cupcake.

- Butter, ½ a stick
- Powdered sugar, 3 cups
- Cocoa powder, ¾ cup
- Take a bowl and mix the cream cheese and butter stirring it till it is creamy.
- Add the sifted powdered sugar gradually and keep stirring till it mixes completely.
- Now add the cocoa powder and stir well.
- Refrigerate and use this yummy frosting over a chocolate cake.

- Set the electric beater at low speed and beat this mixture for half a minute.
- Now you need to add the melted white chocolate and beat for half a minute.
- Now mix vanilla and sugar and beat.
- Beat till the frosting is fluffy enough.
- Refrigerate and use this fluffy frosting over a chocolate cake.

- Unsalted butter, ¾ cup
- Milk, ½ cup
- Cream cheese, 6 oz.
- You could use a microwave or a double boiler to melt the butter and chocolate chips
