Chocolate dessert recipes need not be a scary proposal for those among us who love the mouth-watering and yummy concoctions that can be made out of chocolate. Here are a few easy to make dessert recipes which use chocolate as the main ingredient. You can try these delicious chocolate recipes at home and revel in the wonder that is chocolate.

Chocolate Recipes: Chocolate Éclair Dessert

Ingredients

2 Packets Grahams Crackers
6 Ounces Vanilla Pudding Mix
16 Ounce Package of Prepared Chocolate Frosting
8 Ounce Frozen Whipped Topping
3 Cups Milk

Method

Use some of the Grahams Crackers to line the bottom of a pan, preferably a 9 X 13 inch pan. Combine the pudding mix and the milk in a bowl and stir properly. Add the whipped topping to the mixture. Now pour about half of this mixture into the cracker-lined pan. Now top this layer with a layer of the crackers. Then pour the remaining mixture on top of this layer. Top this off with a final layer of the crackers. Cover this with the chocolate frosting. Refrigerate. Serve chilled.

Dessert Recipes: Chocolate Raspberry Dessert

Ingredients

¾ Cup Fat-Free Milk
1/3 Cup Raspberry Fruit Spread
1 Cup of 1% Cottage Cheese
1.4 Ounces Sugar-Free Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
8 Ounces Reduced, Fat-Free Frozen Whipped Topping
½ Cup Unsweetened Raspberries
1 Ounce Square Semi-Sweet Chocolate, Melted

Method

Combine the cottage cheese, milk and the Raspberry Fruit Spread and blend well until it is smooth. Add the pudding mix and stir well. Pour this into a bowl and fold in the whipped topping. Pour this mixture into a Pie Plate (ideally 9 inch). Pour the melted chocolate on top of this mixture. Cover and refrigerate – either overnight or for at least 8 hours. Let the dessert stand out of the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes at room temperature, and then garnish with Raspberries before serving.
