Onion Potato Chip Dip
Ingredients
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ¾ cup whipping cream
- 1½ cup fat free sour cream
- 1 tsp bottled minced garlic
- 2 tbs olive oil
- ½ tsp coarse ground pepper
- 1½ cup sweet onion, diced
Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet. Sauté onions in it along with ¼ tsp salt, stirring occasionally for about 20 minutes. Once done, remove from heat and set aside. Add all the other ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Till now the onions must have cooled down, add them too, to the other mixture. Refrigerate before serving.
Chip Dip with Sour Cream
Ingredients
- ¼ tsp pepper
- Fresh parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp dried dill
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 bunch green onions or scallions
Firstly drain frozen spinach in a cheesecloth. Take a bowl add all the ingredients in it, mix well and then blend in the mixer until thoroughly incorporated. Refrigerate until serving. While serving, decorate the dish with cauliflower, ¼ pound snow peas, 1 small zucchini and cucumber.
Chip Dip with Yogurt
Ingredients
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup fat-free sour cream
- Salt
- 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
- 1 tbs plus 2 tsp Greek seasoning, divided
- 1 medium hot house cucumber
Cut the cucumber into half and then grate it in a bowl. Add lemon juice, yogurt, sour cream and 1 tbs Greek seasoning, blend well. Refrigerate this dip at least for 1 hour before serving. Isn't it an easy chip dip recipes with sour cream!

- ¼ cup milk or coffee cream (approx.)
- 1 tsp onion, grated
- ½ tsp salt

Mexican Chip Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 (16 ounce) cans re-fried beans
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, sliced
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chili peppers
- 1 (2 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
- 1 cup diced onion
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Cook beef and onions in a large deep skilled until beef is evenly brown and onions soft, over medium heat. Remove from heat when cooked, drain the beef and mix salsa, green chili, black olives and re-fried beans. Mix well and then transfer to a 9×13 inch baking dish. Add Cheddar cheese and layer with cream cheese slices. Bake for about 10-15 minutes in the preheated oven or until cheese melts completely.
