China Flights Booking - Tips to Help You Acquire a Better Flight

A few years ago, if a Western traveler want to book a inter-China flight, they will have to visit an airline representative office at their home country. This is no longer the case now. Travel to China has never been easier, nowadays you can search China flight schedules online. If you visit the airline's website, only that airline's flights will be shown, travel portals have interface for you to search all airline's options.

Discount China Flights
China airlines offer discounts from as much as 80% off published fare, these discount China airfares are not always available. You have to book and pay right away to if you want the deal. However be warned about discount airfares, that it comes will very restricted change and cancellation policy.

Check Your details
When you provide your details to either airline, or a travel agent to make the reservation for you. You have to provide EXACTLY the same details as appears on your passport. Two key information: Your name, and passport number. Passport number is easy as they are just number and letters. The tricky part is the name, please ignore what people call you during everyday, just provide the same info the same as your passport, don't forget to tell them what is your Family name, Last name and middle name.

Verify Your ticket
Since 2008, all China flight tickets have been e-tickets, meaning you don't have a paper ticket. You can however verify your ticket on airline's website. To do this, first find airline's official website, second find "Verify Tickets" or similar terms, last enter your name and ticket number that you got from your travel agent.

Customer Service
You may think it's all the same no matter who you book the flights with. This is a common mistake. Things don't always go as planned. Imagine you are at airport, the flight is cancelled by airline, you have to contact your travel agent, and get this ticket processed. Another example is that you missed your flight, and you want to contact the agent to get a new flight for you. If you bought the ticket from someone whose phone line is always busy, or nobody pick-up the phone, it will be very frustrating.

Pack Light
China flight luggage allowance is 20KG for most of the airlines, Spring Air is only 15KG. If the luggage exceeded the free allowance, the extra weight is about $2USD per KG.
