Obesity or rather childhood obesity is one of the major issues in the world today. A majority of children and teenagers of mostly developed countries are found to be overweight and obese. In that case, it is essential to consult the doctor and diagnose the cause of obesity. This will help in treating the disorder, if any. Otherwise, one can look for self help methods to lose weight. You can also check the weight or your child regularly and calculate the Body Mass Index (BMI) to know whether your child is overweight or not.
