Barbell chest press is one of the best ways to get the chest into its proper shape. The procedure is similar to dumbbell chest press, the only difference being the weight. Here one has to hold barbell (weightlifting bar) instead of a dumbbell, when doing this exercise.

Swimming
Another cardiovascular routine that has been helpful to melt excess chest fat is swimming. Burning chest fat is certainly not difficult, if swimming is done regularly.
