Broccoli Cheese Soup
Ingredients:
- Chicken bouillon cubes 4.
- Water 4 cups.
- Cream of chicken soup can 2.
- Broccoli, chopped 1 box of 12 ounces.
- Potatoes, diced 1 ½ cups.
- Onion, chopped 1 small.
- Velveeta cheese 1 pound.
- In a saucepan boil 4 cups of water and dissolve the chicken bouillon cubes in it.
- Next add the broccoli and potatoes and cook till soft.
- Add the ingredients on the soup can and cheese till melted and cook well.
- Serve hot with soup sticks.
Ingredients:
- Cheese, grated ½ pound.
- Mayonnaise ½ cup.
- Celery, diced 1 cup.
- Salt 1 teaspoon.
- Pepper 1 teaspoon.
- Capers 12.
- Lettuce 1 head.
- In a bowl mix the cheese, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
- Add the celery and capers.
- On a dish lined with lettuce, place the salad and serve with extra mayonnaise.
- For a dash spice and zing add a teaspoon of Tabasco.
Ingredients:
- Eggs, beaten 3.
- Spinach, chopped 20 ounces.
- Cheddar cheese, grated 4 ounces.
- Mozzarella cheese, grated 1 cup.
- Butter, softened 1 cup.
- Flour 2 teaspoons.
- Salt 1 teaspoon.
- Pepper 1 teaspoon.
- Boil the spinach with a pinch of salt and water and drain.
- In a large bowl, mix the chopped spinach, cheese, butter, eggs, flour, salt and pepper.
- In a buttered baking dish, place the mixture and top with the grated mozzarella cheese and bake for an hour at 350 degreesF.
Ingredients:
- Italian bread 1 large loaf.
- Garlic, minced 4 cloves.
- Butter, softened 4 tablespoons.
- Mozzarella cheese, grated Ό cup.
- Parmesan cheese, grated Ό cup.
- Dried basil, crumbled 1 teaspoon.
- Dried parsley, crumbled 1 teaspoon.
- Red pepper flakes, crushed ½ teaspoon.
- Set the oven at 350 degrees F and preheat.
- Cut the loaf in the middle and open.
- In a small bowl blend the garlic and butter and spread on the bread, each half.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the butter.
- In another small bowl mix the Parmesan with the seasonings and sprinkle over the bread.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake till cheese melts for about 15 minutes.
- Slice and serve while its hot.
Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts, skinned and split 4 whole.
- Mozzarella cheese 2 ounces.
- Egg, beaten 1 medium.
- Breadcrumbs Ό cup.
- Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon.
- Parsley, fresh 1 teaspoon.
- Chicken bouillon 1 teaspoon.
- Salt 1 teaspoon.
- Pepper 1 teaspoon.
- Slit the chicken breasts in the center and layer with mozzarella cheese. Hold together with a toothpick.
- Place the chicken breasts with the flesh side up on a baking dish.
- Brush lightly with the beaten egg.
- In a bowl add the rest of the ingredients and sprinkle over the chicken.
- Cover the backing dish with aluminum foil and bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.
