Cheerleading Cheers and Chants

The first thing that most judges look for when the cheerleaders perform is the enthusiasm. So the moment you walk through the door and face the judges, through your body language, convey to them that you are very outgoing, friendly and extremely confident of yourself. During the trial, when you are performing the chants, do not just carry them on mechanically, instead let your personality shine through the act. Also, show the judges that you are a very versatile performer. Perform all kinds of moves and take various positions. Showcase the judges that you can be put in any position in the cheerleading squad. If you keep these tips in mind, your probability of being a success at the tryout will increase manifold. Of course, a lot depends on the selection of the cheers as well. So scroll down for some of the most interesting cheers and chants.
