Check The Rights On The Resell Rights!

This is a quick reminder for all of us. You must always make sure that the rights you are buying have been granted to the seller of the product. Like most marketers I like purchasing resell rights products. As you know there are Master resell rights, resell rights and then personal rights.

Below are some things you must look out for when buying resell rights products:

1.) Ensure the person selling the resell rights product has the authority to sell you rights. What can happen is that Master Resell rights are sold to about 50 people Those 50 can then only sell Resell Rights on. However some will sell the Master Resell Rights when they are not entitled to do so - this devalues the product and leads to problems as the original author may track who is a master seller

2.) You might be a victim of membership sites wherein they give away rights that are not true. I remember one time last year when i visited a membership site where I was too excited to grab those PLR's listed there. From those PLR i grabbed, I started creating an ebook named after me. Later on I saw a credible distributor of that ebook and unfortunately, there is no Private Label rights included to the article.

I was lucky enough to saw that legal distributor earlier just before I should be starting to sell the ebook online.

No matter where you get your resell rights or Private Label rights, don't be afraid to ask for proof that the seller has the rights to sell on the rights he or she is giving you. If you do not check this and begin selling the product you could get into serious legal trouble.

The bottom line is to always check the rights and know your rights!

Take note, there is nothing wrong with receiving products online. Just be reminded that you should be sure about the rights attached with those products. One wrong move online may cause a huge damage to your image as a marketer.
