Party Ideas for Adults

When it's party time after work, all guys like to take their blazers off and girls let their hair down to have some fun. You can have a perfect party with the most inexpensive items. So, find some great cheap party ideas for you and your friends.
  • First of all you will need a guest list for your party and of course a budget. So, take a pen and a paper or your address book to list out all those people you would like to call for your party
  • Then you will need a location for the party. You can have the party on a terrace instead of renting out a hall. If you can't occupy the terrace, hold it at someone's home. One of your favorite and regular hangouts like a bar or a coffee shop can also be the venue if you take prior permission from the owner.
  • You need to plan on the menu and the snacks for the party. Some of the cheap party food you can have is pizza, nachos, chicken and fish fingers with sauce, homemade cupcakes and fruit punch or beer for the drinks.
  • Next you'll need music which is the simplest thing to find. If you don't want to waste money in buying DVDs, all you can do is download the kind of music you want for the party and play the CD in your player. If you have a laptop, you can simply download it and save it as your party playlist.
  • If you're throwing a birthday party for one of your friends, and want to cut down on the cake expenses, it's a great idea to put some effort and bake one at home for him/her. You can use these for some cheap birthday party ideas for friends and family if you're low on budget.
Party Ideas for Kids

Kids love to blow candles over their cake and cut it while everyone sings "happy birthday" for them. If you want to make your child's birthday or any other occasion happy for them, but also can't spend a lot, you can have a homemade party which your kid will surely love.
  • As mentioned earlier, you will need a guest list so don't ask your child who his/her friends are. Just show up one day at school and ask the teacher about his/her friends. Invite all his /her classmates and friends along with some of your own, at the fixed date.
  • If it's your kid you're planning the party for, you might as well hold it at your home instead of spending on any other location.
  • Fix up a menu of affordable foods like sandwiches, cupcakes, fruit juice, ice candies, etc and invest an entire day making these at home while your baby is at school. Bake your child's favorite cake with frosting and candies.
  • If you have some Christmas decorations like streamers and balloons, put them up on the walls. Paint a huge poster saying "Congratulations" or "Happy birthday" and hang it around the center table.
  • Since it's a kids' party, plan for some party games that they can play to keep it happening and fun.
  • If the party is well inside your budget, buy a nice gift for your kid to add to his joy.
Those were some great yet cheap party ideas which require very less funding but can be a blast for that special person. You can use your creativity to make your party even more fun using minimum expenditure and having maximum fun.
