Chasing Dreams
I've always heard ladybugs are good luck, what have you always been told about them?
Every morning I wake up to ladybugs in my bathroom,
I can't figure out how they get there.
But every morning I open the window and let them out
And they crawl off my finger onto the window sill,
Again and again.
I wonder why they keep coming back inside
And if it's ever the same ones,
But I think
Maybe
They just come to remind me
That the world is waiting for me to really wake up.
