Sheen took Richards to court to try and stop her from being able to include their daughters Sam, 3, and Lola, 2, in her new show. Richards won and the girls are allowed to be part of the program, but with certain restrictions that have not been released. The show will focus on Richards’ life as a single mother and actress. Sheen reportedly told Ok! Magazine, "I think we should all just boycott the damn thing. You don’t go to court and make a stand to prevent that if you don’t firmly believe in it. It’s just the situation where the world is upside down sometime."

The as yet untitled show is set to air on E! later this year and is being produced by Ryan Seacrest. Sheen reportedly threatened to knock Seacrest out and is also pretty upset with E! His rep reportedly said at a special event for Sheen’s hit show Two and a Half Men, "He will not speak with E! tonight or ever." Bitter much, Charlie?

Sheen, 42, and Richards, 37, were married in June 2002. Richards abruptly filed for divorce in March 2006 when she was six months pregnant with Lola. The couple briefly reconciled before officially calling it quits. Their divorce was finalized in November 2006 and they have been embroiled in a bitter custody battle ever since with both sides hurtling insults at the other. Richards remains single and Sheen is reportedly going to marry girlfriend Brooke Mueller this sometime summer.
