Chapter 1: First Day of School

I've seen the polls people made and im excited about all the good points..please if you are reading this tell all your friends to read this as well :)
My first day of school, sophomore year in high school and I already have a bandage around my head, wearing my favorite black hooded jacket, with my black skinny jeans. I straighten my medium brown hair with one gold streak in the front next to my side bangs. I put on some black eye liner, grabbed my book bag, and headed downstairs to catch my bus. Waiting at the bus stop I listen to my IPod which held only rock and heavy metal music, leaning against the stop sign pole staring into space just as my bus pulled up. Once I got on I headed straight for the back I sat at the window seat it's my most favorite seat. I stared out watching the trees pass by, stop by stop the bus had gotten full like a woman who was eight months pregnant. My bus had arrived at Starlit high school, with gray clouds above like always, it was a huge campus.

I got off my bus, got my schedule, and headed for my locker. I put my book bag in my locker which had nothing in it, because I knew I was not going to need it. The only thing I needed was my sketch pad. I started to walk to my first period class, science with the nicest teacher. I was going to get by whether I was late or not.
"Rrrrrrrring!!" Went the bell.
"Take your time you got it all covered." I said to myself.
"You there, young lady where are you going? Didn't you hear the bell ring?" said a man. "Shit!" I said to myself. I started walking faster
"Young lady! You there!"

Think of something Emma think. I turned around walking towards the man dressed in a brown suit with brown loafers. He looked very young about twenty-eight years old and good-looking at that. I hoped that my plan would work. I came to him with my eyes all "Beggie".
"Didn't you hear the bell?" said the man.
"I did, I uh... just don't know where my class is" I said clasping my hands.
"Uh huh? Well then I'll just have to show you where your class is, let me see your schedule."
I took out my crumpled white schedule from the pocket of my hoddie and handed it to him. He looked at it for a couple of seconds, and then looked up at me.
"Um looks like you have Miss. David for your first period; her class is down the hall, to the right." He said. "In fact I'll take you there it's a joy for me to help out students."
"Thank you" I smiled. "Oh this is just perfect" I mumbled.

He looked backed, and I gave him the biggest smile I've had ever done in my whole entire life. When he had turned back, I had frowned once again. When we got to the door the man had looked at me once more.
"Here's your class" He said smiling like a complete idiot.
I gave him a grin, we entered the class. We were greeted by a woman who had short black hair and brown eyes. Her gentle face had some security for herself and for some reason the class.
"Hello Dr. Donahue." She looked at me "Um... you must be, hold on let me get my clipboard."
She walked over to her desk and got her blue clipboard. "Ah you must be Emma right?"
I nodded still frowning.
"Okay then take a seat and we'll continue with the class"

I headed to the back of the class, on my way everyone was looking like death was coming to greet them in person. I sat in the last seat my body facing the windows. I don't care about the work or the grade I might receive in the first week. I stared out the window watching the rain pound on the window pane. I got out my notebook and started to draw after watching enough rain.
"Click!" went the door everyone looked to see who it was including me. This girl in a light pink cashmere sweater and a jean mini skirt with long brown hair with blond highlights comes in timid like the whole world is against her. One thing I can tell about her is that she's pathetic; I bet she couldn't last a day in this rat's ass so-called a classroom.
"Hello" said Ms. David
"Hi, I'm Julia; I'm new to the school."

"Well okay Julia why don't you sit next to . . . . . Emma."
"Of all the people in this God forsaken classroom it had to be me." I said to myself.
The girl "Julia" walked to the seat next to me and gracefully sat down. Her hair ran down her back like a beautiful waterfall. I could see her binder was so full of notebooks and papers. She looked at me,
"Hi" she said.
I ignored her and turned back to the window and started to draw again.
