You can also get cellulite from stress because of the resulting adrenaline rush. Experts say stress can cause increased fat storage in the butt, thighs and hips, which results in cellulite.

You may also get cellulite from the following:

1. Pregnancy - Experts believe that cellulite can be caused from pregnancy in women because of the dramatic hormonal and physical changes that happens to a woman during pregnancy, including the weakening of the connective tissues,

2. Little or no exercise – Not having enough exercise can cause a negative impact on blood circulation and your lymphatic system. This happens because without regular movement, the different blood and lymphatic fluids do not move, which then stresses your skin.

3. Obesity and dieting – Experts say that women who are obese or overweight are more likely to get cellulite than women who are of normal weight. Also, yo-yo dieting and fad diets can cause cellulite.
