Exercises to reduce cellulite will aid in improving circulation, toning, strengthening and making the skin firmer. Regularity and dedication combined with a good diet is the best way to get rid of cellulite. Here are some easy cellulite exercises:
Lunges: Stand with both feet together. Take a large step backward with one foot and hold it firmly down to the ground. Bend the knee, make sure the foot is firmly and straight on the ground. In the bended position, keeping the back straight, contract the abdominal muscles. Hold the position for a couple of seconds. Bring the feet back together and repeat the process six times.
Leg Firmer: Lie flat on your stomach, bring your hands out in the front, bend elbows and rest your head on joined palms. Press the hip bone into the ground, and slowly raise one leg. Hold the leg in the raised position for a couple of seconds, and perform a circular and anti-circular motion with the ankles. Lower the legs gradually, change and repeat the whole process four times. Exercise each leg four times.
Squats: One would need a chair to perform this exercise. Place yourself in front of the chair in a sitting position. The trick here is not to actually touch or sit on the chair, just position the body to do so. Contract the buttock muscles and hold the position for a few seconds. Stand straight and repeat the cellulite exercise six to seven times.
Leg Lifts: Get down on a mat on bended knees and elbows. Hold your position firmly on the ground, and extend one leg straight out. Don't raise the leg; the toe should touch the floor. Lift that leg up and down very slowly, ten times. Every time you raise the leg, contract the abdominal and buttock muscles. After a set of ten repetitions, switch the leg and complete another set. Perform 3 sets for each leg.

The cellulite exercises listed below are for those people who don't get time to exercise regularly. However, they too need some dedication. The following exercises aim to reduce cellulite from the neck, shoulders, arms, back and the abdomen.
- Walking: A steady walking exercise, at least for an hour daily, will help improve circulation.
- Brisk Walking: Brisk walking is about speed and pace that is fast but not exhausting.
- Jogging: Jogging is like running, but is done with a controlled pace and speed.
- Swimming: Swimming is excellent for toning the arm and shoulder muscles. The different strokes aid in improving the overall circulation.
Cellulite and exercise definitely share an inverse relationship. More the exercise and workout regimen, less will be the deposition of cellulite and hence, the fat.
