Candida treatment with apple cider vinegar-

Oral use: make a mixture by mixing 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar +1 cup cool water, gargle the mixture, after gargling apply a cotton swab dipped in undiluted apple cider vinegar on to the oral sores, allow to stand overnight. Do not swallow.
