Candida Diet Breakfast
The candida diet ensures that the levels of systemic candida are significantly reduced in the body. This can only be done by controlling the intake of the foods that are rich in carbohydrates, fats and sugar. By following this diet, the patient will not only limit candida levels in the body but will also increase his energy levels. This is because the body's immune system functions properly and allows the body to heal itself. In fact, the patient will observe lots of changes in his body: his eyes will sparkle, lose weight, clear skin, etc. Candida diet helps in removing joints and back pain, controls cholesterol, balances blood pressure and sugar levels in the blood, and also helps relieve symptoms of depression without any medication.

Candida diet mainly comprises of foods that will starve the fungus and gradually cause its death. Initially, the patient will feel flu-like symptoms due to the toxins released by the fungi in the body. Hence, it is advisable to have plenty of raw and fresh vegetables during the diet course, as these vegetables absorb fungal toxins and help in carrying them out of the body. While following this diet, the patient should make sure that his blood sugar is at an acceptable level. If he feels dizzy or gets frequent headaches, he can add a mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack in his diet. All these symptoms are normal and part of the detoxification process.
