Can You See Me

Alone in this world....
In this world I am alone
I walk the same path every day
See the same dead trees
And the hollow eyes of the people I pass
I could stand in the street and scream
But nobody would hear me
In this world there is nothing but silence
In this world you’re either dead or alive
But at times I am neither
I could a letter saying goodbye
I could walk off into the sunset and never return
I could do many things
Yet i feel more alone then possible
I can see you, but can you see me.
