Baking soda (¼ teaspoon)
Butter - melted (3 tablespoons)

You will need to preheat the waffle iron. Then, mix all the ingredients in a large bowl except the egg white. Beat these together till they turn smooth. Next, fold in the egg white. You now need to pour ½ cup of this mixture into the waffle iron. Close it and cook the mixture. Ensure you cook it for at least 4 minutes for every side. Yummy Omelet
Ingredients
Bacon (8 slices)
Sweet onion
Eggs (6)
Milk (1/3rd cup)
Salt
Frozen hash browns (1½ cups)
Shredded cheddar/cheese (½ cup)
Salt (¼ teaspoon) and pepper to taste
Preparation
First, you need to cook the bacon in a heavy skillet. Once it turns crisp, crumble the same. Remove the fat but leave around 2 tablespoons. Make thin slices of onion and add these to the pan. Add some potatoes and sprinkle with some salt and pepper. Place this back on the fire and allow the potatoes to turn a shade of brown.
Next, beat together the eggs with milk. Add 1/4th teaspoon of salt and some pepper. Pour this over the cooked potatoes in the skillet. Let it cook and once the mixture sets, lift the potatoes slightly. This will allow the uncooked egg mixture to flow under the brown potatoes. Let it cook completely but keep a check so that it does not turn dry. Next, place the crumbled bacon pieces on top with cheese and serve.
