Campfire, Crackles, Sparkles Arise

Remembering a night at a campsite with the one you love.
Embers
Campfire crackles, sparkles arise,
Casting its fire, from the depths of our eyes.
Moonlight golden, cuddled in leaves,
Tumbling and rolling, we float like the breeze.
Distant stars,we reach out to hold,
Burning embers we start to unfold,
Zipping across the sky in a race
Meteors light the love on our face
The fire burns dim, but ever so warm
Our body's heat up this cosmic storm
The ashes grow cold, but under the pile,
Embers will glow a very long while...............
