For the crust

- Salt, ½ teaspoon

- 3 cups icing sugar
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- ½ teaspoon orange

Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder and sugar together. In a bowl take condensed milk and add melted butter and vanilla essence and stir well.
