Caged

Sweet guitar playing, some words might not really be proper words and I know that, lol!!
You sit playing guitar
Your heart as your metronome
You strum to the beat
And sing to the heat

You stare into my eyes
Your smile my only light
You play a separate chord
Almost private and hidden

You say loving words
Your sweetness envelops me
You melodize a new song
That was only meant for me

You wish for my love
Your dreams become true
You play for my soul
And capture my heart whole
