Cabo San Lucas Cruises

Travel is the best thing to remove the stress. Cruise travel make it more enjoyable if you selected the right cruise destination for your travel.
Cabo San Lucas is one of Mexico’s top resort destinations, and it’s becoming more popular with each passing year. It’s the place to be seen if you’re part of the hip and happening crowd, but it’s also the place to frequent if you’re looking for some rest and relaxation or just plain fun at one of Mexico’s top resorts.

Cabo San Lucas is located at the very tip of Baja California. It acts as a natural anchor port for the Mexican Riviera and the Sea of Cortez. It’s also a popular destination from the relatively close U.S. port of San Diego, with cruises available as short as three or four days. That makes for a great long weekend getaway for anyone living in southern California or southern Arizona.

Once you arrive in this ideal vacation spot, you’ll be hard-pressed for deciding which activities to consider since there is so much to do in this resort town. Cabo is known for its superb diving, as the famous Jacques Cousteau loved to dive here. One hot spot is Sand Falls, which is located close by shore for easy convenience. Its steep drops provide for a one-of-a-kind diving experience.

If you’re not into diving, try your hand at fishing. Day cruises and boats leave all the time from Cabo, where you can take advantage of fishing for more than 800 types of fish. If neither diving nor fishing talks to you, simply relax at one of the area’s many beaches and catch up with some real relaxation. Whale watching is another favorite activity, as is horseback riding on the pristine shores of Cabo’s beaches.

Shopping is another favorite pastime at Cabo. With duty-free shopping, you’re bound to find some good deals. The town center is only a 10-minute walk from the marina, or you can choose to take any one of the taxis waiting for your business. Popular Cabo finds are Indian blankets, sombreros, Mexican pottery, and handmade silver jewelry.

ATM’s are available if you want to convert your money into Pesos, but most places accept U.S. currency and international credit cards. That’s true as well as for the bigger hot0els, stores, and restaurants.
