Recipe for Cabbage Soup
Ingredients
- 1 cabbage head (shredded or chopped)
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 green peppers
- 30 ounces of canned tomatoes (chopped)
- 4 stalks of celery
- Fresh herbs of your choice (chopped)
- Black pepper
- 6 carrots (Sliced)
- 1/2 pounds of green beans (sliced diagonally)
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
Place the chopped green tomatoes in a pot and saute it with a cooking spray. Cut off the stem of green pepper and cut the remaining part into two halves. Separate the seeds from the pepper and cut it in small pieces. Add these pieces to the pot. Now, sliced cabbage is to be added to the pot. Mix 8 glasses of water in it. Add pepper and salt to the soup and cook it for two hours. Your soup is ready!
