But I Love You... Chapter 2

Chapter 2 - Lee Searl

I stood there, on the dance floor, alone. I have just kissed a 16-year-old girl. When I looked at her something just came over my body. She looked beautiful, her dress made her bright blue eyes stand out. Her light blonde hair looked so perfect and soft, and her lips... I shook my head before I carried on that sentence. I almost forgot that there was a crying young woman outside this cafe, who is properly going to quit school and ruin her life after a simple 'the moment' kiss. I placed some money down on her table to pay for her drink, and ran outside...

There she was, sat on the floor next to the road, her head resting in her hand. She looked so perfect at that moment that my heart skipped a beat, I slowly started to walk towards her, and I didn't want her to run off again. I sat down next to her, silence filled the air.

"I'm sorry I kissed you, I just thought, well I don't know what I thought." She said to me with a shaky voice.

I put my arm around her shoulder, slowly, "This isn't your fault, and it takes 2. And it was just a moment thing, if you hadn't off started the kiss I would have, I mean a beautiful girl dancing with me come on!" She smiled at me and wiped away her tears.

"Well my taxi has just arrived, I better be going." Nikkie stood up, smiled at me and ran to her taxi. I slightly waved at her, and let her go.

I sat there for at least half an hour waiting for something to happen. It took me that long to realize that I was waiting for her to come back, for her to run into my arms and kiss me. My mind was everywhere. Did I really have feelings for a 16-year-old girl? Well teenager. I stood up and made my way to my white sports car, I guess I'll see how I feel in class tom mow.

The Next Day

I started to write today's work on the whiteboard. I kept thinking of last night, it was on reply through my mind. The busy noise and chatter made its way into my room, telling me my first-class had started. I turned around and there Nikkie was. Talking to her friends, laughing, playing with her hair. I couldn't help smiling to myself.

There was about 10 minutes till my class was finished; I still haven't said anything to Nikkie. How was I meant to talk to her with all her friends around? The bell rang through the school and everyone stood up quickly trying to make their way out of the class room.

"Nikkie can you stay behind please," I have no clue why I said that, she was probably now worried to death that I was going to shout at her for last night. Almost everyone had left about from Nikkie and Ben. I could just about hear their conversation...

"You stood me up, how can you just say sorry?" Nikkie shouted.

"Babey... I didn't mean to, I was just busy, you know I love you." I heard Ben say. He was such a player, I know for a fact he was doing Ash brown last night. "Give me another chance... please?" Nikkie had a smile on her face, "Oh baby, no I won't give you a second chance." She laughed and made her way to my desk, I was trying really hard not to laugh to. Ben made his way out of the classroom not looking at anyone. The room filled with silence and I just looked up at her.

"How come you didn't give him a second chance?" I currishly asked.

"I don't like him anymore, I know who I like and it's not him." She smiled and started to play with her hair. My heart was racing. Does she like me? What would I do? I think I like her too...

"Oh... well I hope that person likes you to." I said looking down, hoping she didn't see my red face. I could feel movement... She was making her way towards me. I felt her arms hold mine and I looked up at her. She was so beautiful; I couldn't help but smile to myself.

"I like you... sir." She smiled and moved her hair out of her face. I sighed, I was happy, so I do like her to...

"I like you too... I mean I think I do, but we can't do this I could get fired..." I got interrupted by a kiss, a kiss so soft and sweet that my lips felt like they were in heaven.

"Then I guess I won't tell anyone," She smiled at me. I moved my hand to her cheek and smiled.

"Okay... I guess I could keep it a secret." I picked her up so she was my height and I kissed her. Suddenly I heard someone walk into the room; I dropped him and quickly started to mention something about light.

"Okay sir, than you!" She smiled and left the room. It turns out Mr. Jones was just seeing if I wanted to get something to drink with I'm after work.

I'm going to have to be more careful if I wanted this to work. I want it to work. This is going to be hard...
