In men's clothing there is still a little a limitation when it comes to colors and style of cut and the like. Professional business dresses for men, even today are all about blacks, grays, whites, and navy blues. At the most, brown. Formal wear for men is mainly business suits and there is no variation in that. Although they have a choice of wearing blazers and khaki pants. Not to forget the quintessential tie and formal leather shoes. Sweaters too can be worn with a formal shirt and tie. Cargos, sneakers and the likes are a big no no. Men too can wear slacks like women.

For Avoiding Embarrassment
When it comes to professional business dress, women should avoid makeup which is distracting or not in tune with the business they are in. Along with that shoes which expose heels are not a good choice and so is exposing, in women's business clothing. Jeans, t-shirts and the like are a big no no for both men and women and so are sports shoes. You will not do yourself good if you wear dress which has creases.
