Another very effective medium for business communication is a presentation. In fact, a well planned and executed presentation is a business enhancer, within many organizations. A presentation usually involves audio-visual copies of reports and power point demonstrations and also conference telephonic meetings. Business communciation is also carried out via forum boards that enable people, management and customers, to consistently post information at a pre-determined centralized location. Of course, the most common and basic way of communicating within an organization is personal and up-front meeting. However, such personal meetings have to be supported with a written report and follow-up.

Scope for business communication, within and beyond:

Business communication can either take place within an organization or outside of it. Within the organization, the communciation takes place among the management and employees. In fact, the ability to successfully communicate determines the productivity and quality of every business activity! Communication does not only mean talking or routing outward; it is also being a sensitive listener, devoid of biases and perceptions.
