Question : Why are you contemplating a job change?

I do not want to get stagnated and decided to move on to some organization where ample growth opportunities are available."

Question : Why should we choose you over the other candidates who applied for this job?

Answer : Frame the answer to this question in such a way that you present all your skills, qualifications, knowledge of software packages and accomplishments to the interviewers. If you have some kind of an edge over other candidates such as more experience in a particular field or any advanced software knowledge, mention these as well.

Question : Tell us some of your strengths and weaknesses.

Answer : While telling your strengths, give examples from your previous work experience. You can say things like, "My biggest strength is that I utilize my resources, including the people that work for me, very well. Like in my previous company when we were working on a very difficult project, I identified which of my staff has the capacity to handle a particular kind of work and trained them accordingly." When you tell about your weaknesses, mold them in such a way that they seen like strengths. For example, you can mention things like, "I sometimes get so caught up in my job that I forget that I have a social life."

Question : Do you think that a business analyst should have domain expertise?

Answer : If you do not have any domain experience, then while answering this question, emphasize on your fast learning skills, your excellent research skills and your ability to adapt. It is all right not to have a domain expertise but show your enthusiasm to gain it in the future.
