It is very important for you to eat, a lot. But, that does not mean that you stuff your face with junk. No sir! You need to eat high protein foods with lots of calories. However, a very common query is, how much is a lot? It is very simple, the answer to this is fairly relative. The amount of calories you eat in the present scenario is, 500 less than you should be eating. So, simply add 500 calories to your current calorie content and make sure you have that much.
Building Muscle Without Weight Requires You to Reduce Cardio!
Cardiovascular exercises are a relative no no, for anyone trying to build muscle, with or without weights. So make sure that you reduce time on the treadmill. The point is that cardio makes you leaner. So, it will nullify any muscle building activities you do. Cardio burns muscle as well as, fat. So, to make sure that you burn only fat and not muscle, indulge in very little cardio. That means, that if you are currently doing 30 minutes of cardio, cut it down to 10 - 15 minutes. This way the essential cardio exercise is done, without burning muscle. You could replace the remaining cardio with exercises using resistance bands.

Nonetheless, you need to keep in mind that these supplements require you to work out a lot, which is the reason why they show results in less time. So, before using supplements, make sure your daily plan can accommodate intensive and long work out sessions.

Nutrition is the string that will hold your bodybuilding and stamina with your health. So, make sure that you have a lot of fruits in your regular intake. You need to know that sleep is crucial for a person to be able to carry out any activity successfully. It also helps release mental stress, which is the reason for the release of cortisol. Cortisol is responsible for convincing the body to store fat and burn muscle. That would be disastrous for your bodybuilding plans, right? So make sure that you get a minimum of 6 - 8 hours of sleep a day. In case of an occasional break, recuperate that as soon as possible.
