Building an Attraction Marketing Formula

Rather than focusing on "pitching" an MLM opportunity, marketers should focus on building an attraction marketing formula. People who use this strategy are typically far more successful than those who rely on aggressive selling techniques.
It's no secret that people don't respond well to sales pitches, and MLM opportunity prospects are no exception. The more aggressive the sales pitch, the more prospects resist joining the business.

Since most marketers don't understand how to promote an MLM opportunity correctly, they respond to resistance with even more aggressive sales tactics. That's the way they have been taught by their sponsors and mentors... and when the hard sell sales pitches don't work, they are taught that they have no one to blame but themselves.

Rather than focusing on "pitching" an MLM opportunity, marketers should focus on building an attraction marketing formula. People who use this strategy are typically far more successful than those who rely on aggressive selling techniques.

Your attraction marketing formula should begin with your MLM lead generation strategies. Whether you're promoting through print media, telephone calls or online marketing, craft your advertisements to uncover what your prospects need from an MLM opportunity. When they see or hear your ad, they should be able to relate to a particular need or goal. If a particular goal, such as financial freedom or being able to work from home, resonates with them, they will be much more receptive to your opportunity when they contact you.

Once a prospect has called or emailed you, you should continue to use attraction marketing to get him or her excited about your MLM opportunity. Ask your prospects about what they would like to achieve, or what they would like to change about their lives. Then, show them how your opportunity can help them meet those needs.

Even after a prospect has joined your MLM opportunity, your attraction marketing formula still applies. Contact your down line members from time to time, and ask them how they are progressing toward their goals. This will help them remember why they joined your business, and give them the motivation to continue finding and recruiting new members.
