French Toast
Ingredients
- Cream cheese, 8 oz.
- White bread cubes, 12 cups
- Milk, 2 cups
- Eggs, 10
- Maple syrup, 3/4 cup
- Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
- Half and half, 2/3 cup
- Confectioners' sugar, 3 tablespoons
- First place the bread cubes in a lightly greased baking pan.
- Put the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl and beat it using an electric mixer.
- Keep adding eggs, one at a time and mix well.
- Add milk, half and half, vanilla and maple syrup and stir till it is smooth.
- Spread this cream cheese mixture over bread.
- Cover and refrigerate it overnight.
- Remove it from the fridge and wait till it is at room temperature.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and bake.
- Bake for at least half an hour. You can check by inserting a knife in the center.
- If the knife comes out clean, sprinkle confectioners' sugar over it.

- Worcestershire sauce, 4 tablespoons
- Chopped green onions
- Grated carrots
- Cucumbers
- Peel the cucumbers and slice them.
- Take a mixing bowl and add cream cheese, mayonnaise, carrots and chopped onions along with the Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix these ingredients in such a way that the paste is of a thick consistency.
- Spread the paste on a slice and place four pieces of cucumber over a slice.
- Spread the paste over another slice and place it on top. The delicious finger sandwich is ready!

- Bread, 10 slices
- Milk, 4 tablespoons
- Salt, a pinch
- Black pepper, a pinch
- Ham, 1 cup (chopped)
- Butter, 3 tablespoons
- Cumin powder, a pinch (roasted)
- Cheese, 1˝ cup (shredded)
- Take a large mixing bowl and add eggs, milk, salt, pepper and cumin and beat to blend.
- Stir in ham into this mixture.
- Add butter to a nonstick skillet on a low flame.
- Add the mixture to it and cook for around 10 minutes on medium flame.
- Once it is cooked, add shredded cheese and cover till the cheese melts.
- Toast bread and spread butter over it.

- Bread slices, 15-20
- Pork sausages, 4 cups
- Cheddar cheese
- Eggs, 12 (beaten)
- Onions, 1 cup (diced)
- Bell pepper, 1 cup (diced)
- Milk, 4 cups
- Salt
- Black pepper, 2 teaspoons (ground)
- Butter, 1 stick
- Take a casserole dish and melt butter in it.
- Cook the sausages and keep it aside.
- Now you sauté onion and bell pepper and keep them aside.
- Combine eggs, salt, pepper, milk and hot sauce and beat.
- Add meat first and then add the vegetables and cheese to it.
- Cut bread into cubes and place at the bottom of the casserole.
- Add the mixture on the bread and top it with some of the shredded cheese.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees in the oven for about 55 minutes.
- Check by inserting a knife in the center. If it comes out clean, brunch casserole is ready!

- Milk, 4 cups
- Dried peaches, 6 oz.
- Pasteurized liquid egg whites, 2 cups
- Honey, 4 tablespoons
- Salt, ˝ teaspoon
- Almond extract, 2 teaspoons
- Whole white bread
- Cashews, ˝ cup (chopped)
- Raisins
- Cinnamon, 2 teaspoons (ground)
- Confectioners' sugar, 3 tablespoons
- Take a large bowl and whisk milk, egg whites, honey, almond extract and salt.
- Take 10 slices and trim the crusts off and set aside.
- Take the remaining slices and cut them into one inch pieces.
- Take another bowl and add dried peaches, cashews, raisins and cinnamon.
- Grease a baking pan and add the bread pieces.
- Add the trimmed bread slices on the top so that they fit evenly.
- Beat the milk mixture and then pour it over the bread.
- Use a wooden spoon to put slight pressure on the bread so that it becomes moist.
- Now you need to cover it with parchment paper and foil and refrigerate it for at least 12 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and bake it covered for at least 40 minutes.
- Uncover and bake till it becomes light brown.
- Sprinkle confectioners' sugar after 10 minutes.
- Your peach delight is ready!
