Brody Jenner and Joe Francis in Bar Fight

A fight that erupted outside a Hollywood club early last Friday morning, with Brody Jenner accusing "Girls Gone Wild" founder Joe Francis of hitting his girlfriend, Jayde Nicole. According to Jenner, he and Nicole were at a club in celebration of his birthday when Nicole witnessed Francis chatting up his ex-girlfriend. According to Jenner, the advances were performed "unrelentingly." Nicole, taking up for Francis’ ex, threw a drink on him. What followed is the major source of contention.

According to Jenner, Francis then pulled his girlfriend’s hair and punched her in the face before throwing her to ground and kicking her. Though Francis was dragged away by club security, he was not removed from the club until Jenner confronted him, leading to a screaming match that saw both men ejected. After trying to get back into the club to re-join Nicole, Jenner was rebuffed by security and got entangled with Francis again, apparently punching him before being tased by an unknown party.

Francis left the scene in a black SUV and police, who received a battery call at 2:46 A.M. arrived but did not make arrests. Jayde Nicole has already noted that she will press charges, pointing to her black and blue face as clear evidence of the altercation. According to Nicole, she also has a bruised rib, soreness in her lower abdomen and is missing some of her hair after Francis pulled it out. In a fit of anger, Brody Jenner tweeted, "Joe Francis needs to be in jail!!! How can you call yourself a man when you beat up a girl?? Joe Francis is a piece of shi--."
