Britney Spears Quiet Days

Pop tart Britney Spears has been spending some quiet time at home since she exited a rehab facility after a 30-day stay.

Spears checked out of Malibu’s Promises Treatment Facility Tuesday after "successfully completing their program," her manager Larry Rudolph said in a statement Tuesday night. Since then she has been hanging very low key at home. She has been enjoying visits with her estranged husband, Kevin Federline, and their two young sons – Sean Preston and Jayden James. Federline brought the boys to visit once and a nanny brought them to visit another time.

Spears is reportedly "doing fine" since leaving rehab and is just trying to get her life in order. For now, the boys will remain in Federline’s care. A source close to Federline reportedly said, "Kevin and his divorce attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan are very happy and cautiously focused on Britney’s rehab-follow through. Federline and Kaplan are not about to return custody to Britney as a reward for her going through Promises." The source continued, "Britney will have increased custody (after) demonstrating that she is living the live consistent with the best interest of her children."

If Spears pulls a Lohan and starts clubbing it up and drinking on the sly again there is a good chance that she could lose her kids. Actually, her kids are the reason she ended up in rehab in the first place. Her life was spinning out of control and Federline told her if she did not get help he would fight her for custody. Spears checked into rehab on February 20 after capping off a bizarre couple of months by shaving her head and getting some new ink done. We’ll see what the next few months bring…hopefully she worked through what she needed to and can get her life in order. It’d be a shame to see another life wasted….
