Britney Spears: Photog Restraining Order

Reportedly, Spears and her best buddy Sam Lufti invited two members of the paparazzi into the pop tart’s home at around 2 a.m. on Sunday. The photographers allegedly stayed for a few hours and chatted with Spears and Lufti. One of the photogs said, "Britney asked us to leave the cameras in the car, and she poured some champagne for us. She was very sweet. Sam was telling us not to worry about Adnan because they have filed a restraining order against him" Lufti reportedly said the restraining order was filed because they want him "out of Britney’s life."

As for Ghalib he posted a message on the Website of FinalPixx, the agency where he works, that read, "All I can say is that I have not been in contact with Britney since early Friday morning. The reason being, that I have had to attend a family funeral in Santa Barbara. My phone has been off during this time out of respect for my family. I am only now becoming aware of what is being said. I hope to be back home in Los Angeles soon and to be in contact with Miss Spears." It has been reported that no restraining order was issued against Ghalib.

Spears has been reportedly dating Ghalib for the past few months. Recently Spears’ cousin Alli Sims said in an interview that Britney is not crazy despite her bizarre behavior recently. She also said that she is not on drugs, another rumor that has been widely reported. Sims did say that she was not a fan of Ghalib’s saying he gave her a "weird feeling" and "creeped" her out. Sims said she did not believe Ghalib was a "good person." Spears recently lost visitation rights with her sons 2-year old Sean Preston and 1-year old Jayden James after recently suffering a breakdown and refusing to return the boys to the custody of her ex-husband, Kevin Federline.
