A Los Angeles court commissioner granted a request from Spears’ numerous attorney’s on Thursday to pay almost $400,000 in legal fees. The money from her estate’s private trust will reportedly be used to pay the fees. Commissioner Reva Goetz ruled that Spears’ court-appointed attorney Samuel Ingham will continue to receive a $10,000 per week paycheck until July 31. Andrew Wallett, co-conservator of the singer’s finances, will reportedly receive a $100,000 advance. Spears’ father Jamie’s attorney Geraldine Wyle will receive and advance of $175,000, trust attorney Clark Byam will receive $22,500, and custody attorney Stacey Phillips will be paid $75,000.

Jamie Spears and Wallett are the co-conservators of Spears’ estimated $100 million estate. Papa Spears and Wallett will remain in control of Spears finances until July 31. At that point the court is expected to decide whether or not the conservatorship will become permanent. Spears’ estate has been paying all of her bills medical and personal, and all of her legal fees, as well as providing her an allowance to live off of. The estate also pays Jamie Spears $2,500 a week.

Spears is trying to get her life back under control after a few years of spiraling out of control. Recently she has reconnected with ex-manager Larry Rudolph. The two have reportedly been in the studio "for fun," but it has been rumored that Rudolph is trying to help Spears make a much needed comeback. He is the man who made her, so maybe he has the power to get her career back on track. And then maybe her life will get back on track as well.
