Britney Spears’ New Love

Spears and Cohen reportedly spent the weekend off Marina Del Rey on a private boat. On Saturday, the two enjoyed the sun and a few "intimate moments." The next night they partied at the W Hotel’s Whiskey Bar in Westwood, California. According to Cohen’s agent Brandi Lord, he "is not a player." She reportedly said, "He’s got a great heart and a good family, and he was raised well. He’s a gentleman." The two began seeing each other "within the past month" according to his agent. Lord went on to say that Cohen is not with Spears for her fame and added, "He is not out to get a name for himself. He’s not just a pretty boy."

Does Spears really care either way? Seems that she is just enjoying herself since splitting from her husband Kevin Federline. Just last month Spears was seen kissing and rumored to be dating music producer J.R. Rotem. That didn’t last too long. Since filing for separation in early November, Spears has been out of control. She has been seen partying pretty much all over the place, had a brief friendship with Paris Hilton which reportedly ended badly, and has been criticized for not spending time with her kids.

She reportedly passed out on New Year’s Eve from drinking too much and allegedly had to be carried out of Pure nightclub after collapsing. Her publicist slammed those rumors saying that she was "just tired." She then checked into Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort and Spa in Paradise Valley, Arizona leading some to believe that she was really headed for rehab. The big question is…where are her kids – Sean Preston, 1, and Jayden James, 4 months? Who is watching them?
