Court documents released Monday state that Spears is looking to sell her $7 million home in Beverly Hills which she bought last year. She reportedly wants to move to a home with a bigger yard, closer to parks and recreation centers, and "less trafficked" especially by the paparazzi to benefit her children Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1. Spears had the boys overnight Saturday for the first time since she was admitted to Cedars-Sinai hospital in January.

Spears was granted overnight privileges at a hearing last Tuesday. The boys were dropped off at Spears’ home on Saturday and were picked up the next morning. A source said, "Britney was very upset after the kids left. She now does not know when she will get them next for an overnight. She complains that it could be next week, or it could be three months." Spears’ ex Kevin Federline, who currently has custody of the boys, reportedly spent the weekend partying in Las Vegas.

Spears and Federline are reportedly going to court for a custody trial in July. The two reportedly couldn’t come to an agreement in mediation on Thursday and will have to battle it out in court. Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said, "The mediation didn’t result in an agreement that would avoid the trial set in August." He added, "The mood was comfortable, positive, and it was a mood that was consistent with opening at least a great dialogue, which is necessary." Federline is seeking sole physical and legal custody of the children. The trial is reportedly set for August 25.
