Britney Spears: Married Again?

It was reported by Star Magazine that Spears and Ghalib tied the knot on January 12 when they took off to Rosarito, Mexico. The mag claims that they secretly wed despite the fact that Ghalib is allegedly still married. A source claims that Spears gave the photog $250,000 to pay off his wife, Azlynn Berry, and speed up the divorce proceedings. The rumor has not been confirmed, but the magazine said, "Our source on this was not in Rosarito Beach at the ceremony, but is very familiar with the fact that [wedding] documents exist."

The alleged marriage is apparently not legal because Ghalib is still married, but a source said that the two plan to eventually legally wed. The source said, "He is promising her they’d get married once is divorce is final." The two began seeing each other in December. Ghalib, 35, is a photographer for FinalPixx. A few weeks ago it was rumored that Spears, 26, had broken things off with Ghalib and had a restraining order out against him. A few days later Spears was asked by the paparazzi about Ghalib and she said in a British accent, "I don’t know him." Just days later the two were spotted together looking rather friendly.

Spears has been going through a tough time since splitting from ex-husband Kevin Federline. She has suffered numerous breakdowns, lost custody and visitation rights with her children Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, and has been hospitalized twice for mental evaluations. She can’t seem to get her life out of control. If she did, in fact, marry Ghalib this is the third marriage for the "Toxic" singer. She was married for a mere 55 hours to childhood friend Jason Alexander. The two tied the knot in a quickie ceremony in Las Vegas in January 2004. The marriage was annulled. She was married to Federline in October 2004. They split in November 2006.
