Britney Spears Loses Custody of Kids Temporarily
It has been reported that a judge has removed Britney Spears’ children from her custody until further notice.

Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon granted Spears’ ex Kevin Federline custody of the couple’s two young children in an order granted Monday. The court ordered that Spears must hand over custody of 2-year old Sean Preston and 1-year old Jayden James starting this Wednesday by noon "until further order of the court." Another custody hearing was scheduled for Wednesday.
On September 17, Gordon called Spears a "habitual, frequent and continuous" user of alcohol and controlled substances. She was ordered to meet with a parenting coach at least twice a week for eight hours and must submit to twice-weekly random drug testing. Both Spears and Federline must enroll in a "Parenting Without Conflict" program, they must attend joint co-parenting counseling, and must agree on a therapist. The judge also ordered that neither parent be allowed to indulge in any alcohol or controlled substances for up to 12 hours before being with the children and they must not disparage one another in front of the boys.
Spears has had a rough time lately. Recently charges were filed against Spears for misdemeanor charges of hit-and-run and driving without a valid California driver’s license. Tony Barretto, a former bodyguard of Spears’, came forward alleging drug abuse by the singer and claims that she can’t take care of her kids. For now it seems as if the judge agrees. Spears and Federline have been fighting for full physical custody of the boys since they split in November of last year. If Spears doesn’t get her act together it the temporary custody arrangement could become permanent.
