It was reported that Spears and Federline came to an agreement about custody, but only for the month of January. Federline agreed to allow Spears take their sons - Sean Preston, 1, and Jayden James, 4 months – to Miami from January 5-11. She agreed to let Federline know her location while out of town. Federline will be permitted to visit with the boys three times a week for four hours at Spears’ home between January 12-31. Both Spears and Federline did agree that during his visitations the only people allowed in the home would be Spears, Federline, a nanny, Spears’ personal assistant and the regular household staff. There has been no word on how the custody will pan out beyond the month of January.

Spears filed for divorce from Federline on November 7 and is seeking sole custody of the children with visitation rights for her ex. Federline filed his own documents the very next day seeking sole custody of the kids. Spears filed for divorce after two years of marriage citing Irreconcilable differences. Spears was at the top of her game before meeting Federline and has been in a downward spiral ever since. Even after splitting from the aspiring rapper, Spears has had pretty much nothing but bad press.

She recently posted a letter on her official Website acknowledging that she has been "far from perfect." She goes on the say that the media has "had a lot of fun" exaggerating her every move. She has recently been slammed for her constant partying since filing for divorce, her friendship (which has now bit the dust) with Paris Hilton, and her outrageous behavior. Spears manager, Larry Rudolph, said, "She understands what’s going on right now, and she calls it her ‘rocky moment." Britney knows exactly what she needs to do." He went on to say, "Britney Spears will be back and absolutely at the top of the entertainment industry very soon." We will see how forgiving her fans are…
