Britney Spears’ Former Manager Got Served
Pop tart Britney Spears’ former manager, Larry Rudolph, was served to testify in the drama filled custody battle between the singer and her ex hubby Kevin Federline.

Rudolph was reportedly trying to stay well hidden to avoid being served a subpoena from Federline’s legal team. Earlier this week he spoke with Ryan Seacrest saying that he was trying to remain loyal to Spears. Rudolph said that if he was served a subpoena and was forced to testify "it won’t be god for Britney." Rudolph was finally served on Thursday morning at Sunset Tan in West Los Angeles.
Despite all the nasty things that Spears has said about Rudolph he reportedly said he doesn’t take the comments personally. He said in an interview before he was slapped with the subpoena, "My loyalty will always stay strong with Britney…I do understand that eventually the time will come when they will find me, but until then, I’m trying to avoid being brought into this mess." Rudolph is just one of many that have been subpoenaed in the Spears-Federline custody battle. Spears’ best friend Alli Sims was served earlier this month. Also served were Shannon Funk, Spears’ former assistant, and Daimon Shippen, Spears’ former bodyguard and alleged love interest. There have also been rumors that her mother, Lynne, is going to be subpoenaed to testify.
Spears filed for divorce from Federline after two years of marriage in November 2006. The divorce was finalized in July, but now the couple is fighting for custody of their two young sons, Sean Preston – 23 months, and Jayden James – 11 months. When the divorced was signed off on, the couple agreed to 50/50 custody. Federline, alarmed by Spears’ recent erratic behavior, then filed a petition for sole physical custody. Sine then his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan has been on a rampage to get Federline custody. It remains to be seen on how the judge will rule.
